Officers described Skilling as "uncooperative and intoxicated" and deemed him "an emotionally disturbed person" because he was accusing bar patrons of being undercover agents for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

"At one point, Skilling went to the middle of the street, put his hands behind his back and began talking to the sky, asking if FBI cameras were capturing what was happening," the motion says.

To be honest I think we'd all do the same if we'd been through what he has!

Thats funny. Didn't know that it is illegal limit as to how much alcohol you are allowed to drink in the US: "The court filing says Skilling's blood alcohol level was 0.19 -- more than twice the legal limit in most U.S. states"

And by the way I personally think thats the least one can do against him. Have FBI all ower the place etc. make him a nutter. It serves him right - put thousands of people out of work...
