Terminator 3

Well I saw it Tuesday at a sneak preview and I have to say it’s not that great. Sure it has cool action and it doesn’t stop which is very cool but the story is a bit disappointing (well at least for me). The first two had more substance although the effects are no way as cool as in the new one. The fact that they can now have Arnold walk around with half of his endo-skeleton showing is just awesome (similar effect was used in AI). -Stefan ... Comment

take the first sequel and divide that with the sequel you are watching and you get the level of goodness compared to the first one.. terminator 1 = 1/1 = great well.. those laws would still apply as long as they hadn't made a sequel to the matrix... because matrix 2 was just a piece of shit and was completely off any scale... ... Br0aky your theory, although can be applied to a few movies, is a bold statement to make. I can think of enough movies to prove your theory wrong. Yet, It does come down to personal opinion. ... Link

Don’t get me wrong T3 is still worth watching but it wasn’t what they hyped it up to be. Matrix 2 had a lot less hype here and I really liked it. A lot of people however didn’t. The matrix 2 didn’t have a lot of crazy new CGI but the story was solid and I can’t wait for matrix 3 in November. T3 had cool CGI and action but the plot was thin. -Stefan ... Link ... Comment

my statement wasn't really 100% serious... but sequels tend not to live up to the original, and i must say that i prefer terminator 1 before T2, although T2 is good too. anyway, with matrix they could have just have left it without a half-assed sequel, there was so much irrelevant and weird stuff going on in the second one (including that bizzare love scene with neo & trinity..) .... i am just hoping they have something planned for the 3rd episode (revolutions) that wont let as many people down as for the 2nd. ...
