Did anyone hear of the giant LegoMan?

google it.

It's an anti-internet art statement.

It says "No real than you are" on its giant shirt. Google it:
http://www.google.nl/search?q=%22no+real+than+you+are%22&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:nl:official&client=firefox-a

And you'll find this Dutch website: http://www.egoleonard.com/missie.html
Fortunately, I'm Dutch, and I'll translate it for you.

Its "mission" page which includes another big lego man, says that society demands that one has to place oneself in a social group. There is a need to evolve one's own identity. Visiting the virtual world allows one to use a different identity. But are the friends you're making there, real? Aren't you losing your own identity by doing that? Wouldn't it be better to look at all the pretty things in our own world, instead of creating an ideal situation in a virtual world?
Goal: to look with a different view at our own world. Showing, admiring and worshopping the beautifull elements.

He's saying that placing a Lego man in the real world is about the same as a real person spending too much time on the internets.
