2 Type and extent of Services
The Services to which the Customer subscribes are stated in the
Customer’s application.
The current extent of the programs is described on the cablecom website
at www.cablecom.ch. Cablecom reserves the right to alter, extend
or reduce the program offering and the packages to which a subscription
has been taken out at any time and without prior notice, in particular
to add further programs or delete programs without replacement and
without stating reasons. The program offering described on the registration
or in the contract and in the relevant information brochures and
on the website is given for information purposes only.
Cablecom may transmit the digital programs in encrypted or unencrypted
form and program the necessary smart card for use in a
particular receiver device («pairing»).
