If you had a 6'000 line before and paid 95.- you will have to upgrade to the faster line or you carry on paying 95.- for a 6'000 insted of 65.- for a 10'000. FUCKIN CABLECOM

I have 8000/768 (the fastest they have) and I pay US $70. :(

Hello!

I have just read the announcements for the new Hispeed 10000 lines.

On the homepage it states that the new 10000 line (standard price) costs 65chf a month.

Currently I pay 75chf per month for half of that (5000).

I am wondering when I will be upgraded to 10000 and when you will lower the price of the connection on my internet bill. I am really hoping to see that you treat your present customers with similar respect as you are giving new customers (not like last time when we had to wait for months to recieve the same benefits!).

Please let me know as soon as possible.

i was just told by a co-worker that a cablecom representative had told him to cancel his cc subscription and start a new one, then you get 3 months for half price and no extra 50 bucks fee.

he couldnt guarantee though a short break in the connection.

prett shitty of cablecom.. like usual!

i tried upgrading, but my house isn't ready for 10mbit apparently.. the woman claims that the 50bucks is an admin fee.. assholes. ..
