Tor: An anonymous Internet communication system

I have installed this tool called TOR. I like it since its pretty easy to use because it uses several encrypted communication lines between different servers before accessing through a clear line the desired website/final destination. Does anyone know more secure communication systems?

i was using a site called something like anonymizer a couple of years ago, for anonymous surfing.. don't remember the url, but ia m sure you can find lots of services like this. a lot of hackers use other methods however... let me know if you find out any other info on this.. ... Link

anonymizer I used as well but I read that it is not so anonym after all so therefore I search for a other solution and found this. you mention other methods could you specify this a bit more? ... Link

for the other methods it's about finding an unsecured network, and then work from there... then the ip you'd be shedding around is from that network and not your own. there are also other methods, but i don't know the details so i couldn't express them here. maybe a link on the infamous astalavista.box.sk can guide you through these methods.. don't forget to use a popup blocker and a browser that is not IE when fliping through the pages however ;-) ...
