BUT 2: Why did he run into the tube station when the Police say they told him to stand still ... his cousin says he was "playing around with a friend in a game of chase outside the station"...

WHAT IN THE NAME OF CHRIST IS GOING ON?

1. As you pointed out, why did he run when the police told him to stop?
2. The family is reported as saying he grew up in Rio's slums - one would imagine he knows exactly what to do when armed police tell you to stop.
3. Why was he coming out of a house that the police had had under observation???
4. According to one report he 'noticed he was being followed' and then started to run - if that's not the sign of a guilty conscience I don't know what is!

Fair enough, he may have had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks - but there is no way this was an 'innocent young man'...

I think it's ridiculous to even propose (as the family are) to sue the police in this situation. Whether he was a bomber, drug addict or petty thief, he obviously had something to hide from the police.
