A JILTED boyfriend took revenge on his ex by posting a video of them having sex on the internet.
Paul Clarke, 26, had business cards handed out at Clara Whitehouse’s 21st birthday giving the website address.

He also delivered them to her neighbours in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, and to her workplace.

Police were called, but by the time the site was taken off the internet it had received more than 300 hits. It also showed nude photos of her.

JPs in Tameside heard the couple had a three-year relationship.

When it broke up Clarke, who now lives on the Isle of Harris in Scotland, found out she had been cheating on him.

He admitted harassment. The case was adjourned for reports before sentence.

One Tesco chicken and bacon salad sold as a £1.69 snack had nearly 60g of fat — more than contained in a Pizza Express margherita, a Big Mac and a portion of chips.

The concerns about the health hazards of prepared salads follows reports in The Sunday Times highlighting how producers lace products with excessive and unnecessary amounts of fat, sugar and salt.
......................... The Safeway pasta-based salad also contained 4.3g of salt — more than two thirds the recommended daily intake for an adult — and 33.8g of fat. This compares with a Big Mac and chips, which has 31.9g of fat. ......
