I have problems lately viewing some xvid tv rips , like

What happens is that its skipping frames....
Apps tried
Media Player Classic
FFDshow
MMP with codecs

The problem I have is that its running probably on 29.9 fps ... but my pc should be able to handle that! 64mb gc 2.53.p4
