EasyJet has suspended one of its pilots after she was allegedly found to be drunk before take-off.
The captain was due to fly from Berlin to Basel, Switzerland, when she was stopped by police and breath-tested.

An official ban on smoking in all enclosed public places - including bars, restaurants, and offices - has come into force in Italy.

TUXTLA GUITERREZ (Mexiko) – Der zuckerkranke Alberto Lopez musste ins Spital, weil sein linkes Bein entzündet war. Die Ärzte sahen nur noch die Möglichkeit, den Körperteil zu amputieren. Doch als der 74-Jährige nach der Operation erwachte, war das kranke Bein noch da – dafür fehlte das gesunde rechte. Seine Tochter reichte Klage gegen den Arzt ein.
