I realize that Carnival was a week before I left but the reason I went is to visit my GF. Anyways it is much nicer here without all the tourists (Everyone thinks I am German for some reason?!?!). The weather is still crazy hot and the view is spectacular ;)

I actually found a wifi provider that works which is quite cool.

A mute walks into a shop and wants to buy a toothbrush. In order to ask for the toothbrush he has to mime by putting a finger in his mouth and scrubbing his teeth. The sales assistant understands the mime and gives the mute the toothbrush.

Next in line behind him is a blind man after a pair of sunglasses. How does he get the sales assistant to understand what he wants?

I took a job at a startup company that installs high end home theaters and home integration systems a couple of months ago. Since they are pretty much screwed without me I can’t just leave them for 3-4 weeks (in fact I don’t think 2 days would even work).

Once the company gets going my work load should easy up and I will be able to take some time off again. Hopefully I will be able to make a trip next spring.

I would come in winter but I already agreed to go to Brazil with my Girlfriend for 2 weeks.
