eXeem: the future of bit torrent; decentralization?

this is old news, but since it's not released to public yet, and NOONE HERE HAS POSTED IT BEFORE, i thought i'd bring it up!

"BitTorrent has quickly become one of the most popular P2P protocols on the Internet. In terms of bandwidth consumption, it is quite easily the most popular network, generating more Internet traffic than FastTrack or eDonkey2000. While BitTorrent is certainly efficient in distributing large files across the Internet, it is plagued by one vulnerability - its reliance on centralization."

I use eMule to download music

It's so far gotten me everything I've looked for without any dud copies. The only possible complaint is speed, but that doesn't bother me when I start hundreds of downloads and leave my PC to itself over the weekend...

barf.. sorry i just really hate eMule.. but...
did you try soulseek? it's the best app for singles.

http://oink.me.uk has some good music torrents all full albums.. bittorrent though.

The problem is that more often than not I want something relatively unheard of that suddenly came into my head. That's the principle problem with torrents as opposed to other P2P systems - rare torrents are unlikely to be available...

That's the only reason I use eMule. Tried Soulseek once, wasn't too impressed but to be honest I'm also not picky... If I try something and don't find anything better - I'll stick with it.
