wicked bmacd.. back in the day when blank was a page full of comedy.. when did we all become zo dead serious? my internet connection is off my nokia 7650 with no battery life, loading blank takes 5 minutes and is feeded from the bluetooth connection..

i spent last saturday yelling at the cablecom staff.. and they put my on "HIGH" priority (which in this country means that they might have a look at it.. when they have finished level X in elasto mania) .

according to them it shall all be up and running tomorrow.. yay.. what do they actually have to do to switch addresses of the connection?

The Internet connection is great, but the company don't appear to be able to do ANYTHING!!!

All they've got to do with regards to your setup is 'turn on' the hispeed over cable feature and change your billing address. You could literally bring your cable modem to my house, plug it in and it would work fine. User authentication is done via the device serial number on the Cablecom side...

I must admit it's no surprise it's taken them so long for you though, just try asking them to work out how to fit their digital phone in the same hispeed box as the modem BUT have different billing addresses. I have had a case open for just that for about half a year, absolutely no feedback.

the best thing with CC is that when it works it's amazing.. best effort reached all the time..
