This was an announcement we recieved this morning...

"I am very pleased to announce that XX has accepted the Horizontal Labor management position, working directly under me, effective end of this month.
In her new position, XX will be responsible for leading the horizontal labor strategies across multiple business units and functions.
Specifics regarding the team members and potential re-alignment will be reviewed over the next couple of weeks."

Hey! Sounds like someone is gonna get a piece of some "horizontal action".
Or you're gonna get the sack.

I just love the way that 1) there is a department called "horizontal labour" and 2) that it has a strategy and re-alignment!

Oh I'm sorry honey, that strategy just sn't working for me, can we realign? ooh, that's better...
