Most of the western news papers use terms like "beheading" or " his head cut off" not Aljazeeta.
"A poor quality videotape on Tuesday showed five masked men sawing off the head of the bound hostage dressed in orange Guantanamo Bay style overalls after pushing him off a white plastic chair in a bare room"

they get straight to the point "Sawing off"

What I want to see is how 'extreme' it is. The problem is that this type of thing has a tendency to blow up in the media and everyone is talking about how terrible it is to have a video of someones head being sawn off etc, when no one has actually seen the video. For example, to me it would be a lot worse if the video is a close up clearly showing everything going on as the victim is screaming, as opposed to a long distance shot of something that they claim is actually the victim having his head sawn off. You see the difference...

i saw the "sawing off" and heard the screams as it happened...it's pretty gross... but serves him right for being there in the first place
