10 AM: Arrived for my 10:30 appointments and joined the queue in the cold shade outside the building

10:30: Still waiting

11: Some Americans showed up and were put at the front of the line

11:30 Still waiting

12 PM: Finnaly my turn arrives... ! I pass throught the security check and join the queue to enter the queue (aka. line) to enter the building

12:30 Yes I'm in the building ! Joined the queue inside

12:45 First interview goes well - I am sent back to take a seat for the 2nd interview

1 PM: I am told my visa application is reject as someone else with my name has once been arrested in the states... as they dont have his birthdate or social security number they cannot approve its not me so either I'm lying or I'm screwed....

But wait, it gets better - inorder to be able to solve this whole mess I now have to go back to Bern at some stage to meet with the FBI and provide my finger prints, in order to prove that I am innocent....

so... when they´ve taken your fingerprints are you go to go then or are you still blacklisted to go to the states?

Wouldn't bother personally mate, not worth the effort!

BTW - the word is queue (you seemed to be having trouble with it). But maybe the reason they rejected your application was that you did not use the septic word 'line' instead of queue.
