Powell Troubled by Russia Democracy, Foreign Policy

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Secretary of State Colin Powell said Monday he was worried about Russia's democracy, in unusually blunt comments that underscored widespread concerns the Kremlin is turning increasingly autocratic.
