Xvid Issues

I have problems lately viewing some xvid tv rips , like Out Of Order *XviD* XPD The Simple Life S01E05 *PDTV* *XviD* Celebrity Poker Showdown What happens is that its skipping frames.... The problem I have is that its running probably on 29.9 fps ... but my pc should be able to handle that! 64mb gc 2.53.p4 HELP!!! ... Comment

yes your pc should definately handle that..
my 300mhz laptop can play 3ivX movies in full quality with tv out and no frameskipping here... download 3ivX... it's wicked... it even has a chapter index! ... Link
