I have changed the name of the Tool and the Support person

Solution Details:
There seems to be some improper configuration . TheTool transports information to SAP using a BAPI and at this point we have the current configuration in SAP correct. Company code XXXX.

Personnel Area: CHX1 , Switzerland Externals (CH12) for MOLGA 2 (Switzerland)
Personnel Area: NLX1 , Netherlands Externals(Co.NL10) for MOLGA 2 (Switzerland).

Business is aware of this problem and it seems that we cann't do anything to correct this at this point in time since this configuration is needed. The only way to correct this is for the hiring manager to contact the HR- UserSupport and ask them to hire the employee directly into SAP and not throu TheTool

User can not add external people in the TheTool tool. He always gets the following error

"No external Personel area for Company code in R/3"
