maybe 1-2 % of what is sold on the streets
what a wast of time for a the newspaper artikal and working police, that will sell half of it again to the mafia for double the price.....fuckin prohibition, they will never understand that the LAWS are the reason for the crime, not the side effects of the un clean drugs.
