Man arrested for trying to pass $200 bill

(Roanoke Rapids-AP) -- Police in Roanoke Rapids have arrested a
man attempting to spend a 200-dollar bill at a convenience store.
Authorities say Michael Harris tried last month to pass a bill
with President George W. Bush's picture on it.
Harris was jailed Tuesday night under 25-hundred dollars bond.
Investigators say Harris is not the same person who passed a
similar bill at the Food Lion grocery store in Roanoke Rapids
earlier this week, but police believe the two cases are connected.
