How much history should blank have?

i was thinking of compiling a survey about what people think is the weirdest swiss foodstuff- or the one that although it is wrong and freaky is also just too addictive (not that you would ever admit it). top of my list would be pouletcurrysalat, but to someone else it may be birchermüsli or even aromat. ugh. or maybe that mystery green vegetable that always lies limply on my plate when i order steak at rosalie's.
