Myorigo have developed the first "gyro-mobile" - a mobile which is operated purely from moving the mobile. First pictures are available. The mobile is designed to be used purely from moving your hand. It registeres these gyro movements and acts upond these accordingly. To zoom for excample one pulls the camera closer to you. To zoom out, you move the camera away from yourself. Directional moves (left, right, up, down) are made by tilting the mobile to the respective direction.

All I can say is that this mobile is clearly not for mr steadycam Broaky...

credited the best overall ski/snowboarding clip of all time?
and the -"oh yeah, we always go skiing the day after partying" talks. Getting a steady shot is not easy if you're:

a) damn hungover
b) tired
c) freezing your fingers off

and it would help if you actually brought the statif along...
please refer to your DV lesson #1 for steady smooth shots..
