It's a cigarette lighter, you press the button and a flame comes out to light the fag by. Absolute genious and so horribly, horribly wrong!

at first i thought it was like one of those animal things i used to have as a small child where you push the bottom and the sculpture collapses into a heap...
which would have been amusing too.
