I think that I spent a little too much time out in the Sun this weekend without sun screen..... I'm the real lobster boy..

Well i was only in the sun for about two hours sunday and i had sunscreen on but maybe its a bit old ( it's italian so at least seven years...) and i now have 'wearing a daft top' back and shoulder sunburn.
so i shall have to change my lifestyle too and not spend so much time on my back.
