According to the press he was arrested for gathering the links to copyrighted streamable video's. Since when is publishing a link illegal. This is just f&ng idiotic. Shouldn't the police go after google video and youtube instead from where the content actually came?

Legally now, or at least in the UK, you are thus not allowed to link any copyrighted YouTube items in blogs.
