- Can't use T-Mobile SIM cards (the only other GSM network)
- No access to battery, must be sent to apple to replace battery
- No 3G
- No 3rd party apps (except for AJAX web apps which is a joke)
- Can't assign music as ring tone
- No voice tags
- 700 megabytes is occupied by the phone's software
- Can't record video
- No Adobe Flash support
- No way to copy/paste text
- No Microsoft's Exchange system support
- Voice call quality good, but not great

- To get one you have to stand in line today looking like a fool outside an apple store.

the worst thing is that they could have sorted all those things if they just wanted too..

come on. .they have to let their customers at least replace the battery themselves..
