I checked it in slowmotion aswell. I thought thesame. but the globe in the left corner, is originaly on the right side of the tower. that means that either there is two towers or like you said, they have filmed a 3danime on the worng side of the globe... stupid. I also can mention that i havent got mutch to do today.
