Cant believe it. Since local IT said my laptop is too old for repairs i ordered a new one (with an explenation as to why i am ordering it). Just got a mail back asking me to provide some information about the hardware faults that i am experiencing so that they can check if the hardware change is really necessary...

So i wrote back saying that local IT refuses to repair the notebook due to age. If they dont want to get me a new one, then i am fine with it as long as they send me up to london or Spain for repairs...

a) stupid buraucracy! The reason for the replacement i already stated in the original request
b) i thought i worked in an IT company... (snoo, its like your company telling you your 3330 is perfectly fine to work with!)
