Yeah and it’s worse than just McDonalds. You can avoid going to fast food restaurants but it is a lot harder to avoid genetically modified and hormone injected food. You can cook the best food at home and still get screwed because the ingredients them selves are bad.

At least there are a ton of organic and natural food places around now but it isn’t cheap.

You probably think I am nuts for buying my food at organic places but you have no idea how bad some of the “normal” food really is over here.

I found MSG in the salad spice, the migros meat marinade, the mayonnaise, and the jar of tomato sauce, and the puff pastry base has colouring agent in it... wtf, it's pastry! The only way you can make sure nothing extra sneaks in is to make absolutely everything from scratch and preferably grow it yourself, though even that doesn't guarantee it's not GM as who knows what they've done to the seeds...

But OK, we don't have spray cheese, blue sugar-explosion cereal, corn dogs, artificial butter flavouring or any of that other gross stuff with corn syrup (which clogs your colon)...
