tpm checking was removed from the first intel versions of tiger.. check maxxuss site. he will remove tpm checks from 10.4.4 aswell.. just wait.
The Anti-TPM patch is now final. The Kernel patches for No-NX/XD and SSE2 CPUs are released as version 1. The SSE3 emulation is finished, the alternative SSE3->SSE2 runtime patcher is available only in an experimental version. Two additional patches are released. They fix kernel panics caused by incompatibilities with the Mac OS X kernel. All patches are now released as individual patchfiles that you can combine in order to "Patch Your Own Kernel".
