Problem

Sitting with real player here (which i need for the studies) and its giving me a headache. Cannot start it and cannot uninstall it either: "uninstaller component missing". Cannot reinstall it... How can i get rid of it? any ideas? ... Comment

Sorry, not being particularly helpful am I? I hate RealPlayer with a passion. Only ever use Media Player Classic for QuickTime and RM playback... ... Link

I think we've hit a raw nerve...
Start the codec flaming now! To be honest there are way too many codecs and containers to keep track of now I just get lost..: Had to spend 10 minutes the other day learning about Matrovska... ... Link

matroska was a cool idea... but it only makes sense if youre going to watch your movies on the computer bmacd do you have codec problems with your KiSS dvd player occasionaly?? i.e with downloaded xvid and other format films ... Link

Not often,
but some codecs will not play on the player and even though I assumed firmware updates would be released to deal with new codecs, they don't seem to release updates that often... But on the whole I don't have many problems that a reboot of the player won't fix... ... Link ... Comment |
