Carly Fiorina, the chairman and chief executive of Hewlett-Packard, has resigned.
Ms Fiorina, one of America's most powerful businesswomen, said she was leaving after a dispute with the company's board over future strategy.

I for one shall miss her fantastic live broadcasts - the woman had this amazing way of talking that turned you into a zombie - at the end you had no idea what she had just said, but believed it absolutely, and felt like a success (even if you didnt work for HP).
