If you don't get or convert your driving licence this year you are buggered. If anyone needs to do (or repeat) it, i'm going on the nothilfe course (in english, 165.-) over two days 19/20 feb with caroline so you're welcome to join in and make it one big plastic-doll-snogging party... oh and on the subject of new years resolutions i found a gym 20m away from my house where you can pay monthly! wicked!! ... I know the sight test is only valid one year; I had to redo mine when I switched my UK license to CH... For those with cars; don't forget to get your 05 vignette by the end of the month (not that I've ever seen anyone fined for not having one)... ... Link

Corvette Z06
The new Z06 reintroduces the 427-cubic-inch engine to the Corvette lineup. Unlike the previous 427 engine the new 7.0-liter LS7 is a small-block V-8 - and it includes racetrack bred components like dry sump lubrication and lightweight reciprocating parts as titanium conrods and intake valves. It achieves 500 hp (373 kW) and 657 Nm in a 1420 kg package and is expected to deliver 0-60 performance of less than 4 seconds, eclipse the quarter-mile in less than 12 seconds and deliver a top speed of more than 300 km/h.
Using lessons learned on the racetrack, the engineers developed a totally unique vehicle that has its own powertrain, body structure and chassis system.
