how to get rid of the file permission problem Xvid divX shit.. (personal note)

Everyyy time i need to re-install xp i always have to fix this .. xp has problems deleting xvid & divx files since it's trying to read all the info about bitrates and blah.. so while it's busy trying to work this out (takes for bloody ever) you can't access those files.. . remedy.. start - run write: to get the info shit back type:
