This is Andreas. He is 28, and Swedens first prosecuted P2P user. He had *one* movie on his computer that was distributed via Direct Connect and recieved today 80 days payment penalty.

Andreas *didn't even know* the movie was on his machine as it was distributed.

The evidence was in the form of a screenshot of the investigators downloading the movie of his IP address.

Piratbyran, the swedish "pirate bureau" thought this was weak evidence and immediatelly created the evidence machine: "bevis maskinen" *currently down, bandwidth issues because of intrests in this case..

A Hong Kong man has been convicted of movie internet piracy in what is believed to be the first case involving BitTorrent file-sharing software.

Chan Nai-ming was found guilty of copyright infringement for distributing three Hollywood blockbusters using BitTorrent, said a court official.
