- $499 for 4GB or $599 for 8GB + 2 year Contract at ATT
- AT&T network worst in US (ranks as last or second to last in 19 out of 20 major US cities)
- Can't use T-Mobile SIM cards (the only other GSM network)
- No access to battery, must be sent to apple to replace battery
- No 3G
- No 3rd party apps (except for AJAX web apps which is a joke)
- Can't assign music as ring tone
- No voice tags
- 700 megabytes is occupied by the phone's software
- Can't record video
- No Adobe Flash support
- No way to copy/paste text
- No Microsoft's Exchange system support
- Voice call quality good, but not great

- To get one you have to stand in line today looking like a fool outside an apple store.
