a very easy way for me in a life of no self-control....

i just did this on my office machine, so I don't wander into the facebook world by mistake.. more and more companies are turning the site off or monitoring the access because of the claimed multi billion dollars lost in wasted work time...

i know this is just as easy to remove, but it works for me..
