"This just in… A federal court in Argentina has decriminalized the personal consumption of drugs in that country. According to the court’s ruling, punishing drug users only “creates an avalanche of cases targeting consumers without climbing up in the ladder of drug trafficking.” Last month at a UN meeting in Vienna, Argentina’s Minister of Justice, Aníbal Fernández, said that the policy of punishing drug consumers was a “total failure.” http://www.elfinanciero.com.mx/ElFinanciero/Portal/cfpages/contentmgr.cfm?docId=116949&docTipo=1&orderby=docid&sortby=ASC And on the other side..... :-( Shrooms now officially banned in the Netherlands Amsterdam - All mushrooms with a hallucinogenic effect (shrooms) will be placed on list II of the Opium Law. Both processed and unprocessed mushrooms will become illegal. This can be read in a 'measure of control' (a new law) which at the request of the minister of Health, Welfare and Sport, Ab Klink has been approved by the counsil of ministers. http://www.blikopnieuws.nl/bericht/74368 ...
