Need your help

Want to create a html file which is a little bit beyond my knowledge... I hope you guys can help me. I am quite sick of opening my mozilla/explorer every morning and then scrolling to the search pages i need for jobs, appartment, news etc. And i don't want to work with favorites nor mozilla tabs. I want all the info in one page.

The idea is to create a html page saved on my computer which operates with css. Lets say the first info box is for appartement search then it will download the linked info into but leave all the other rubbish out. So for example this page:

http://tinyurl.com/7rfa3

will only show the appartment info and not the header etc.

The second box lets say is for jobsearch. Here the same story with for example this link:
http://www.topjobs.ch/cnt/en/sts/04.aspx?a=tjd&c=4620346E-E118-4412-BDC7-98808D626EB6&e=bf839ae7-06a6-4934-8dd6-0e7689c5ae8f&b=sts04&l=sts00
Again the header/border etc should not be visible.

The next box is e.g. news. Lets say this link:
http://www.news.nu/
and again without the rubbish around it.

2 things are to be added to the requirement:
1) The page should reload every 5 minutes.
2) If possible there should be a "link" box where you can change the links above (if you are looking for appartments then you might suddenly decide not only to look in seefeld but also in other places... get my drift)

I think it would be a quite usefull tool. Hope someone can help me
