Dispute with h-mail

The other day i logged in to my H-tmail account only to find all my mails had been deleted. I wrote back to them demanding that they "undelete" the mails as i needed them to write a book ;-).

within 24 hours they wrote back saying that they are sorry that i had problems with my h-tmail account. However, if i had an INNACTIVE account for more than 30 days they delete the e-mails. They furthermore said that there was no backup on the system to "undelete" my mails.

So, a bastard as i am wrote back again:
"I have to have these mails as i am pretty much f"*çked otherwise. I cannot believe that you do not have backups on your servers: that would be illogical and also go against your rules. Furthermore you claim that you delete files only if one has been inactive on the PASSP__T-Network for a longer period of time. This is defined as not logging on to a website or service included within the PASSP__T-Network.
As i am ALWAYS online on your me__enger service and me__enger uses the PASSP__T-Network to check if i have received mail i cannot possibly have been inactive for a long time.
I demand you undelete my files within a reasonable time.

Today the answer came:
We are sorry about the loss of your e-mails... blablabla.

Please read point 9 and 10 of the following http://privacy.msn.com/tou/default.asp

Yours sincerely...
