OK, after days of getting annoyed at the NDIS User mode I/O Driver I have finally figured out how to get rid of it... The ndis is used for Wireless data communications (or something like that) so don't disable it if you are using a WLAN (-mindlifter) or Bluetooth (-broaky). If you have "allowed" it then you might want to think of disabling it as it takes up some of your network bandwidth.

Instructions:
Controll panel, administration tools, services, Wireless Zero Configuration, double click and disable it. E voila - no more annoying messeges from sygate...
