A man who volunteered to take part in a police identity parade was later arrested when he ate a policeman's cheese sandwich.

Tomorrow there is a nation-wide Police/Military traffic control. This is rumoured to take place for all of tomorrow during which there will be many stringent controls on all types of vehicle.

They will not only be checking blood-alcohol and speed levels, but will be doing entire vehicle checks (lights, tyres, oil, etc).
